Step 1

• Click the Display Properties in the Control Panel.

Step 2

• Click the Setting tab from the Menu Bar and click the Advanced button.

Step 3

• Click Adapter tab from the Menu Bar and then in the Refresh rate list, click a new refresh rate.

• The default refresh frequency setting is Optimal or 60 Hertz, although your monitor may support a higher setting.

• If the setting is too high for your monitor can make your display unusable and damage your hardware.
